Hotel:
Historical La Concha Hotel, Downtown Key West

Chosen as our exclusive trip hotel, the La Concha is in the heart of Key West, walking distance to all of our events. As parking is limited in the city, no car will be needed to get around. It is highly recommended that you stay with us here for the convenience and added value of the discounted room block option. It is not required that you stay here and you are more than welcome to choose your own hotel.

In 1926 developer Carl Aubuchon opened his luxury hotel - the first of its kind on Key West. Boasting marble floors, private baths, luxurious décor, an elevator, and sweeping ocean views, the hotel was considered to be the height of elegance and modern convenience. Many famous guests have stayed at the landmark La Concha hotel over the years, including literary legends and dignitaries like Ernest Hemingway, Tennessee Williams and Harry Truman. La Concha's coastal inspired boutique accommodations welcome you, with custom dark wood plantation furnishings and modern amenities.

Standard rates at this hotel during our stay are $490 per night plus a Destination Fee ($40/day) and parking (normally $35/day). Both fees are waived and parking is included in our group rate of $339 per night. If you need any special accommodations please email me and I will get you in touch with our hotel rep.

If you need a receipt for the Florida Homeschooler Voucher program we are happy to provide you with one. Please reach out via email and let us know!
